Harewood House – 12th June 2023 – Trip Advisor Review

"Had a beautiful day with my parents visiting this amazing house. It was a perfect day until we returned to our car, and it would not start. The time was just after 5.20pm. My mum had to call the AA, however they gave an ETA of around 7pm. My dad suffers with dementia and was getting stressed, then I noticed your security officer in his vehicle. I approached him and asked for his help, and he was only to kind to help. He took control of the situation and even chatted and helped my dad relax, and after about 25-30 minutes of trying, he got the vehicle started and we were on our way. So, I just want to say a big thank you to Dave W the security guard for his help, and his patience. My Mum did offer him money to say thank you, but he said it was his job and was just happy he could help us. Thanks again Dave"
